A woman has said that she was repeatedly coerced into having sexual dealings with Prince Andrew as part of a lawsuit that claims an American investment banker passed her around to rich and powerful acquaintances as a sex slave while she was still a minor, nevertheless, Buckingham Palace has said the claims are false.
The accusation was made in a lawsuit by women who alleged they were victimized by Jeffrey Epstein, an American multimillionaire who was convicted of soliciting sex with underage girls in 2008.
The woman lodged the case anonymously, and is understood to have been 17 years old at the time, which is viewed as underage under Florida law.
The prince is not a cited party in the legal claim, and has not had any chance to respond to the allegations, and has previously denied any sexual impingement with young women affiliated with Mr Epstein or any knowledge of his behavior.
Buckingham Palace refused to remark on the allegations. Evidently the palace can’t give comments about on-going legal processes. This refers to the long-standing and on-going civil proceedings in the United States, to which the Duke of York is not a party to, hence the palace would not comment on the particular subject.
Nevertheless, Prince Andrew’s Tycoon Buddy may have taken compromising photographs of him with the minor he is supposed to have abused. Details that are entombed in original court papers lodged against deviate Jeffrey Epstein, 61, disclose that he taped the sleazy debaucheries he threw for VIPs at his lavish homes using secret cameras in the ramparts of the guest bedrooms.
One of the purportedly sexual meetings with the Prince, 54, took place at an orgy involving other minors on Epstein’s private land. The financier, who was imprisoned for 18 months in 2008, after pleading guilty to solicitation for prostitution, kept a sickening hoard of pictures on a computer seized at his Palm Beach mansion in 2006.
Prince Andrew has become a frequent guest at the menage of Epstein.
The adult female in question, cited as Jane Doe 102, referred to the secret cameras in a 27 page filing at the Palm Beach Federal Courthouse in Florida.
On the day that Epstein was taken into custody, police found two concealed cameras and photos of underage girls on a computer in the defendant’s house, and it is alleged that he may have taken obscene photos of Jane Doe 102 with his secret cameras and sent them to his other abodes and elsewhere.
There is no hint that Prince Andrew knew Jane Doe 102 was being held as a sex slave by the magnet, and she claims she first converged with the royal when the financier took her to Europe and North Africa in 2001.
During a stop in London, they called on his former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of corrupt media baron Robert Maxwell. Jane Doe 102 claims in the latest court documents, lodged on December 30, that she first slept with the Prince at Maxwell’s home.
Court papers also alleged that Maxwell also was given naked photographs of her, that she had taken herself to Epstein as a birthday present. The court papers added that Jane Doe 102 was also coerced into telling Epstein all about her sexual encounters, so he could use the information to blackmail the royal.
She further claims that she was used for sex trafficking for many other powerful men, including numerous prominent American politicians, influential business executives, foreign presidents, a well known Prime Minister, and other world leaders.
Prosecutors conceive Epstein, who loved seeing other people have sex, had cameras fitted to his other residences across the world.
Prince Andrew, who was photographed with Jane Doe 102 during a party in New York, was holed up in a lavish ski chalet in Switzerland. Nevertheless, Buckingham Palace has recapitulated his strongly worded denial of the allegations.
Prince Andrew, vacationed with Epstein in Thailand in 2001, and was surrounded by bare-breasted women on a yacht, however, an odd-job man who spent 11 years working for the mogul claims Prince Andrew frequently had massages when he was an invitee at the tycoons Palm Beach mansion.
Juan Alessi claims the prince enjoyed everyday massages from youthful women, and frequently came out beaming after his rubdowns. Mr Alessi claims the massages were carried out in a private part of the mansion, that only Epstein and other chosen guests could have admittance to.
Mr Alessi also recounted how he witnessed parties at the waterfront mansion, at which the Prince was present while young girls cavorted in the nude, despite his friend’s 2008 conviction for child sex offenses, Prince Andrew carried on seeing him, and the duo were seen together in Central Park, New York.
The resulting craze led to him giving up his office as Britain’s trade envoy.
Epstein did 13 months before he was released.
Jane Doe’s claims against the Prince came after she linked up with three other women in a suit against the prosecutors, claiming they broke the law by neglecting to confer with them before signing a plea bargain for the tycoon, and it is understood that without the agreement he would have faced up to 15 years in jail.
The ongoing suit was lodged by Brad Edwards and Paul Cassell, and cites the US government as the defendant.
The lawyers alleged Epstein’s handling was opposite to the Government’s normal approach in prosecuting federal sex offenses, and the US State Attorney’s office in Florida still has the offensive haul of pictures from Epstein’s Palm Beach home, which were caught on devices concealed in walls in the guest bedroom, nevertheless, the subject is still open to on-going judicial proceedings.
Ghislaine Maxwell marked claims against her as false, and her spokesman stated that the allegations against her were false, and that the original allegations are not new, and have been fully answered and proven to be false.
It was also articulated that each time the story was reiterated it altered with additional and lewd details about public figures and world leaders. The woman’s claims are obvious lies and should be handled as such. Ghislaine Maxwell’s original reply to the lies continues to be the same, and she strongly denies any allegations of a distasteful nature, and reserves her right to seek redress.
Buckingham Palace has denied any hint of indecency with minors by Prince Andrew, all the same, if Prince Andrew insists on hanging around with scumbags like Epstein, some of the sleaze were bound to rub off.
His friends have stated that the duke’s integrity is of the uttermost importance to him. It’s a pity his awful judgement has made it so easy to question everything about the man.
The Duke of York has never learned from his days as Randy Andy the pudgy man-about-town, through his marriage to Fergie, and then on to a crony of society, pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and now the claims that he had sex with a 17 year old girl who was being exploited by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein as a sex slave, it’s all absolutely disgusting.
Virginia Roberts alleges in court documents she had sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions. One of which was at an orgy of underage girls.
Are the claims of Ms Roberts true, who knows, it doesn’t really matter because the damage has been done, has it ruined his integrity, in all likelihood it has… however, the only fact that remains is that everyone is going to want to know if it’s true or not, particularly in the aftermath of operation Yewtree.
Prince Andrew’s blinding lack of judgement certainly needs to be analyzed, instead of people construing what they believe is right or wrong, until it resembles something like the truth. He might have the appearance of an arse, but he’s a fine looking man, he could have any woman he wanted, especially with his huge amounts of cash.
However, if you hang around with the wrong people, like super rich sleaze bag Jeffrey Epstein, sooner or later you’ll start to reek of his filth, and become a spectacle of ridicule, vexing the public into believing that it’s true.
Prince Andrew was an easy target for a player like Epstein, and clueless Randy Andy, who only saw dollar signs, fell for it, and even more extraordinarily so, after Epstein’s sentence for perverting with minors, Andrew still stayed friends with him.
However, Andrew has a long chronicle of having his head turned by a pretty face, or a large bank account, with little worry as to what might lie behind them. He’s had friendships with bad and tainted characters from Kazakhstan, Libya, Uzbekistan, Tunisia and more.
And it’s still an enigma of how Andrew and Fergie’s Buckinghamshire home was sold through a Kazakh businessman for £15 million, seven years ago, which was way over the asking price, and then left to go to rack and ruin.
Sunninghill in Berkshire is not the kind of place where you’d expect to discover housing dereliction. It is a region with some of the most luxurious properties in Britain, where nearby are Ascot race course and Wentworth golf club.
Many of the homes have security gates and electronic surveillance cameras to glance over visitants. Tradespeople are instructed to use the rear gate, and behind the brick walls and dense rhododendron hedges, the passing traveler can glance at larger houses with pillared porticoes, monuments more to blatant richness, than architectural taste.
However, high on a rise, set back from the road as you take the B383 north towards Windsor Great Park, one modernistic house rests shuttered and barricaded, like the dismal, decaying house in an updated medieval novel, but it wasn’t always like this. Sunninghill Park was the home constructed for the Duke and Duchess of York on their marriage 23 years ago.
It has always been known as South York, a name bestowed by the tabloids because of its so-called resemblance to the sort of Texas style ranch popularized by the soap opera Dallas, but now its just withering away, uninhabited since the Duchess and her daughters moved out seven years ago and sold, evidently to a Kazakh billionaire, for a price which was well over the market rate, and it now rests deserted, its present ownership unclear.
When the Prince says his integrity is of utmost importance, perhaps what worries him is that people should perceive him as a man of integrity.
